Detection rate is pretty low, what is your time zone? If your timezone is different than steams, or csgos I think many people will talk in the day about the vac wave so yeah.

You cant use streaming mode with shadowplay. The external cheats only offer to be recorded by OBS. So yeah you can record with cheats only with obs so the cheats dont show
