Ofcourse you can, if youre using ini there is always a chance to get vac banned. Thats simply a risk youre taking by using cheats.

It doesnt seem like it, the status is currently unknown, because (idk the exact no.) but around 10 ppl did get a vac ban, but the staff supects them of using other cheats earlier that caused their...

You cant pay directly via skins to the webiste. But i believe some of the older members would pay for you, if you give them skins.
