Don't take anyone elses word for anything. Always test everything yourself. I made my own configs by playing bots, aimbotz workshop map, and watching my demos.

That's literally what smooth is for... You cannot see 1.3 fov pSilent and 2 smooth. Well, 95% of the time. If you use 1 fov 2 smooth, literally unnoticeable in all my tests.
