Windows 7 [Debugger Enabled]

Hey just a quick couple of questions, I'm using windows 7 64 bit and whenever I boot up my PC, since using the CS:GO cheat, the only options are Windows 7 [Debugger Enabled] and Install Windows 7.

Will this affect the every day use of my PC if I keep debugger enabled and if it will is there a way to boot up in regular Windows?

Well just dont press the "Print" button on your keyboard, your PC will freeze then (that is intented like that form Microsoft).
If you want to make Screenshots just use the Snipping Tool or another appropriate 3rd party application.
Everything else is completly the same for the everyday use.
