I don't see where you open this stuff:

    Open the folder "C:\Windows\System32"
Delete this files "ntkrnlmp.exe" or "ntoskrnl_kppd.exe"
Delete this files "osloader.exe" or "osloader.efi"
Delete this files "winload_kppd.exe" or "winload_kppd.efi"

I deleted the patchwork but could not find where you find the folder to open and delete the 3 files

Not every System has the files nur every Computer has the folder. It's enough if you delete the patchguard entry in msconfig.
