what has happend over the last day becasue there was a really big vac wave and i dont know if iniura was detected also if i havent used it in a while am i safe ?

we have a few ban reports from different users maybe they used other hacks or or its a problem with out cheat

Untrusted this means that VAC has detected abnormal or inhuman behavior. Rage cheats very often cause untrusted.

So untrusted basically means stupid behavior on undetected cheat, right? How can I know if I got untrusted ban?

If only you are banned and the cheat is undetected and rest of community people are not banned, you have untrusted ban

Always tends to happen because people use other cheats

if you are using windows 7 it is time to upgrade to windows 10 and use patchguard
