paypal not allowing purchase of csgo

Hello, I was playing csgo the other day and I was using Aw and my friend was using this cheat iniuria and we both kicked the asses of a bunch of globals
anyways, I asked my friend what cheat he was using and he said iniuria so i wanted to purchase it to test it out however the
paypal option is saying unavailable. Paypal is my only option to pay at the moment can you send me a invoice to pay through
paypal or fix your payment gateway?
