Iniuria is really safe but i wouldnt recommend you cheating on your main unless you can handle a ban if iniuria gets detected.

Any cheat can get detected at any time.
If you have many games/high value items on your main, I wouldn't recommend cheating on it. Sometimes some legit configs won't work with your ingame settings and your crosshair "sticks" to an enemy, which would result in an Overwatch-Ban.
