help uninstalling

I had bought inurina in early June for 1 month had my fun with it and got bored of csgo right around when the 1month was over how do I uninstall the patch guard thing when I restart my computer?
it's not that big of a deal but it's kinda annoying because it says do you want to load to default windows or to patch guard and I would just like to remove it, I'm on windows 8.1

[SYSTEMFILES]

Just do this :

Open msconfig
Select "Boot" tab
Remove the entry with the name "PatchGuard Disabled v4"
Remove following files in C:\Windows\System32
osloader.efi or osloader.exe
ntkrnlmp.exe
Restart computer

then Delete the Cheat Folder
