    Do I have to Patch Guard to cheat?
    and
    Do I have to Patch Guard In Windows 8.1 ?

    Yes you need Patchguard to use the Cheat (only on win 7 you dont need it )
    Windows 8.1 is Supported so it will run on it
    only the Normal Win 8 is not Supported
