I didnt get a HWID reset after purchasing.

I purchased the 10 euro hardware id reset over a day ago and I still get the error "Wrong hardware ID!"
This is Annoying because I've purchased it. It seems to have gone through to the website as well for when i click HWID reset instead of telling me I've requested it it prompts me to give a reason now.
Please help.

I'm not going to pay again if youd like to see the receipt i can email it to you.

1. Our resets are not automaticlly
2. You wait for like 2-3 hours now
3. Look above the shoutbox -> Wrong HWID? (can take up to 24 hours)
4. Your HWID is reseted
