    I appreciate the apology it's fine there's no way of you knowing it got removed. Also software can be refunded even if used according to Return & Refunds laws, Hence why you can buy a game on the steam store and still be issued a refund because of technicalities such as the game not being what you expected, The game is not compatible with your system and many other various reasons.

    the staff give rly the best to help us but we must follow the rules they do it for fun not for money. im sure with real support thread you will get help

    You agreed to it.. and if theres a problem you have to open a thread / join our teamspeak so we can help you, refunding is the worst thing cause u lose ur sub + your money.

    Theres nothing new u dont have to dump ur thread everyday.. it will change nothing atm.

    and tbh idk why u just refund straight instead of talking to us I mean u used the cheat for 2 days and as u can see you lost money + cheat...

    you had to contact us if u need help and if we couldnt help u we would give u a refund..

    I did contact for help, I opened 2 threads, directly pm'd SYSTEMFILES who then blocked me. Then I made multiple tickets on the discord server. Please don't make it out that I never tried to get help, I tried everything I could. Now I made this thread.
