Planning to buy the cheat, but have few questions in mind

I was planning to buy the cheat, but I was wondering if
1. could my main acc get affected If I would use the hack on a smurf (with no connections to my main account, but playing it on the same PC)
2. If then, how can I use the cheat on my smurf without affecting my main account?
I mean, in case the hack ever gets detected, would it be detected while I'm on my main even if i'm not running the program?
