Hello, I used this cheat like a year ago, it was working fine and I never got banned. I would have like to know when was the last detection.

December 2019 due to the legit AA exploit being detected worldwide. (About 300 or less users got hitted).

thank you, last question, is usb stick needed to store the cheat there for safe measures ? or it's just recommended

You dont need USB stick

i think usb wont have any effect at cheat detection
If you want to be 100% secure use patchguard + usb stick and just remove it after injection.
Iniuria has got AI system so you should be fine using it without any risk

Having the cheat on an other drive like D: will have the same effect.
Unplugging the usb stick will cause that the cheat wont be able to load configs anymore.
