    Cant pay with paypal getting Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

    I want to buy a lifetime subscription but im getting the error above. i tried a couple of times i tried through my phone but everytime i got the same error.
    could anyone help me ?

    maybe the credit card linked to it has blocked paypal from transffering to this site .
