On the information thread for the full CS:GO cheat it states Neosurf is an option, but when I try to order it only gives me Paypal, Paymentwall ( Bank Transfer ), Bitcoin / Ethereum and Stripe ( Credit Card ) options, so how do I exactly pay with Neosurf? Thanks in advance.

Whenever I click on Paymentwall it only gives me Klarna, Mint and iDeal options, any reason why I don't see Neosurf or something else?
