Hi Persuasive,
1. All features are safe to use. Its on you not to look sus in the OW demo
2. Doesnt matter if you use just visuals, or backtrack or triggerbot. When a cheat gets detected, its the signature that gets detected, not the features you use! Never cheat in an account you cant afford to lose!

A: The cheat provides a ton of things that you can change/configure according to your play style, so there's not a "safe settings" it depends on how you play basically, about the functions of the cheat there's a post that explain what each thing do, also if you don't fell comfortable making your own settings there's a section dedicated to config sharing

Q: 2. i can get Vac ban if i play safe with settings ok?
A: The play style or setting doesn't have actual influence on getting a VAC-BAN but you can get banned for OVERWATCH if you cheat too blatant but that's with every cheat, the vac bans usually happens when the cheat is detected and iniuria been undetected for a while already, also again there's a post that you can read up about the detection history
