I have a very decent & legit config. Never blatent or got reported for the past 1 year. Can i use the same iniuria config to be used in Ghost League tournament?

Iniuria doesnt officially support any leagues. If they got a clientsided ac then you will most definitely get banned. If it's a serversided one then u might survive with right settings.

And have you checked what they say about their AC?

From quick research , they seem to be using Easy Esport Anticheat, would it bypass that?

Officially no, but few users said and one posted their config that EEA is bypassable with Iniuria.
