Infinite red trust factor due to HWID?

So I have a VAC ban on a steam account. That happend like 4 months ago and I dont care anymore. But recently I wanted to play csgo again. I make a new acccount and after 1-2 games I get red trust factor. I am aware that steam recognises that its me, the same guy who they banned before and now they want to give me red trust factor. My question is, how can I fix this so that when I make a new account it dosent get red trust factor?

Every new Account get to 90% after one or two Games Red trust....

yeah but I also tried with not new accounts. I bought accounts that had really good trust factor and were like a year old and after a day or 2 they would just go to red.

Lots and lots of gameplay or money.
Don't get reported, don't use trust bombing cheats.

If you cheat only use closet settings, every report is going to delay your green trust that bit more.

Im not interested in boosting my tf. I want to be able to get a new acc and not get red tf.
