Infinite red trust factor due to HWID?

Im not interested in boosting my tf. I want to be able to get a new acc and not get red tf.

Not possible.
Even with a brand new PC, new network, new everything, you will still have low TF on a new account.

Buying "high trust" accounts can work but has a risk, if the provider of these accounts is flagged then every account they have sold is at risk of being flagged with red trust.
Its best to make your own accounts and naturally age and increase its trust factor, yes it will have red for a little but if you play well and dont get reported (along with doing other things on steam other than cs) then eventually the account will be green and this method is a lot safer.
