Current cheat status and patch guard question

Hi all,

I was being a ghost around CS for 2 years and just though I'll fire it up with some cheats. How are detections and red trust issues currently? Does red trust affect your main account if you share the same PC with injected and possibly flagged accounts, or am I still safe as long as no cheats are injected onto my main? I would also like to ask about the patch guard which I remember from back in 2017, is this still a thing?

There is a beta client which no longer requires the use of the patchguard siabler.

Red trust can affect your main account if caused on another account linked to yours in some way but should be easily recovered as long as you don't inject on main.
Iniuria currently has no known trust issues.

Not for my experience through years. Raged on approx 20 prime accounts and got ow banned on them, no effect on my main at all. Idk current status and how Valve ties accounts and pc of use, most likely they don't as there is possibility of multiple people using same pc.

valve is starting to actually use the data they collect with VACNET, that includes alt accounts
