Not getting lifetime subscription

I paid for lifetime through PayPal on the 13th and still haven't gotten anything. I messaged takedown and was told the funds would be released yesterday, but still haven't heard anything since.

Same problem for the csgo lifetime I paid yesterday. Idk how long it’s supposed to take.
Edit: I’m also just not activated yet.
