Hi Tedofu, probably you are using region changer, therefore you can only find mm games in the region you are selecting.

Its in misc tab, the feature is called region changer, set it to OFF/disabled or select your own server

it might just be his account being relatively new and the trust factor system not trusting him too much. New account + not trusted + high rank = no match

nonsense, i have plenty of new accounts LEM+ and i find a game in max 20 seconds, he is 100% red tf
