Depends on your playstyle, making ur own config is going to be the best option, also depends how good your crosshair placement is, do you need just a tiny bit of assist, how small is "little"
As a baseline try:
Pistols 1 fov and 72 step smooth.
SMG/Rifles 3fov step 96 smooth. RCS if you need it, I personally use standalone 1/100 for rifles and 1/80 for smgs.
awp and ssg is where im having my issues, so i cant really help you there. i would recommend trying out a bunch of configs, see what you like from each config, maybe 1 config has perfect pistols settings but you dislike the rifles, and this other config has nice rifles but you don't like the pistols settings, so you can note them down and combine them into ur own and tweak as needed.
EDIT: forgot to mention to add hitscan and non sticky to the weapons, and if you want the aimbot to change targets when they are in the fov range, you can keep "focus target" unchecked, with it checked it will not auto transfer ("Spray Transfer")
NOTE: keep focus target enabled on pistols & snipers
the higher the fov, the more smooth u want, the lower the fov is the more you can get away with lowering the smooth.
Hope this helps you get started.

Still needs work.
i recommend putting fov to 0.7 with 1 or 2 linear on awp and scout, I was testing something with shot delays and gave up as it stuck to the target very "blatantly" when i flicked.
Also check the MG's, they are obvious atm, just put them to step 95 smooth if you want should look more legit than what is set right now.
