I know the guy who cheat from 2017 with Iniuria and never been banned. All depends on your playstyle and in rare cases about the cheat security, but you are totaly fine with Iniuria, believe me.

You can get banned mid game, after couple of days/weeks/months or maybe never, but while cheating have in mind that you will get banned eventually.
Last detections:
December 2014 - Full detection.
July 2017 - About 300 users.
May 2018 - VMTHooking (most of the internal cheats got detected)
December 2019 - Partial detection (small amount of users)
2022 - Every user that injected in 2022 (before cheat got fixed) got perma red trust which caused a ban wave in october 2022

Keep in mind that iniuria is the safest public cheat rn (excluding external cheats)

And never cheat on accounts that you can't afford to lose
