I bought Location Change and nothing happened

I ordered HWID reset 24h ago, nothing happened so I bought Location Change and I paid 10€. And nothing happened too. What should I do?

now answering that, you request hwid change and wait until is done or you receive a pm, buying a location change wont speed up the process you only buy that when is requested by an admin
