Hello

Is there by any chance to unequip the skins because by accident i clicked on the knife and now it wont come off unless I dont start the cheat

If you want to disable knife/glove/weapon skins - uncheck "knife enable" "glove enable" "weapons enable"
If you want to set your default skin (or "vanilla" knife skin) - search for "default" in search menu
