I just bought but I cannot download the cheat because I have to activate my account but I do not know how. I have proof of me buying it also.

I bought mine about 4 or 5 hours ago and I still don't have a sub even though I used PayPal which should be instant. Should I contact staff for help or just wait longer with the possibility that I never get it and the money goes down the drain?

Payment could be on hold, you can message staff but I can only imagine you'll continue to have to wait.
