I read in some topics to change the password, as it does not support special characters, I have already changed the password and the error still persists

This is because your password has a special character like @#$%^&*()_?>

Please use only letters from A to Z and numbers from 0 to 9

I would suggest trying to reset the password and try again.

i'm having the same issue, my username is halamadrid and i just also reset my password to be sure, i resubscribed for the monthly and since i cant login again.
my password only 1 cap and 1 number, says same error... thank you
