    Does FOV value change between resolution?

    If I play on 2 FOV on 1920x1080 will 2 FOV be the same on 4k ( 3840 x 2160)?

    yeah, FoV is fixed to game view, not visual view
    your view angle x,y,z is what is relevant, these variables work independent of your resolution
