Q: Does it mean I will need to buy the cheat again if I change some of my computer parts while the subscription is still active?
A: No, you will need to request a HWID reset. Use this guide to do it properly.

Q: How many times can I do it?
A: As many as you want. However, if your HWID changes multiple times a day due to the fact that you're using a shit HWID Spoofer, mods might just ignore your request.

Q: Does it cost anything?
A: No, it doesn't. The exception is if a Staff member asks you to buy the "Location change".

Q: How long does it take?
A: We usually check the requests a few times a day. Shouldn't take longer than 24 hours.

Q: It's taking longer than 24h, what now?

Q: What operating systems do you support?
A: Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11. If you're on an older OS, I highly suggest that you upgrade to Windows 10/11*. Microsoft has abandoned their older OS and at some point, we will too.
*I suggest Windows 10 as it's more stable than 11

Q: I have a custom version of Windows. Will it work?
A: It may or may not. In theory it should.

Q: What about a Cloud PC?
A: It should work without any issues.

Q: All of this sounds complicated and confusing. Are there any installation instructions?
A: Yes, please check this thread.

Q: I ran into some issues, it's showing me errors. How fix? Need help! Instructions unclear!

Q: Do I need to restart my pc after cheating?
A: Yes, is recommended for games that use an external anti-cheat such as Vanguard, EAC, BattleEye, etc...

A: Sie müssen sich direkt in sein Konto einloggen und es kaufen.

F: Bedeutet das, dass ich den Cheat erneut kaufen muss, wenn ich einige Teile meines Computers austausche, während das Abonnement noch aktiv ist?
