Are you sure its uninstalled or just stopped? Uninstall all antivirus that is not windows defender

Hey im getting the same error right now, I uninstalled avast and turned off real-time protection and all my firewalls, basically turned everything off and im still getting the error message. The new driver that I made is 200 MB large and that is the max it allows me to put the setting at, any recommendations please?

Nevermind ya'll, you gotta literally switch every last thing off, and restart you computer. After you restart, make sure you check again to switch everything off, then re-extract the zip file and start opening it fresh.
