Does the trust factor get affected while playing with this cheat?

Hello guys, Most of the cheats I've used in the past significantly lowered the trust factor of my account as soon as they were detected,
even turning it into a red warning. Would we experience the same with this cheat? I'm referring to using it completely legit.

Do you think I should buy the Inirua cheat? Is it frequently detected? Do you have a more professional and expensive recommendation that wouldn't be detected? Money isn't an issue as long as it's not detected.

Never had RT on Iniuria,
Yes I got ban several time using other cheat but not on Iniuria.
