If i inject on 1 account and then close the cheat switch to another account and play without cheats on that account without restarting my pc. Will i get banned
on the no cheat account or no?

No. The account affected will be only the one you cheated.

No, BUT keep in mind that if both accounts share the same phone number on the authenticator then yes, both will get banned.
