Valve is already doing lots of work not to prevent cheaters but to attempt on stopping them from playing more.

Worth buying lifetime? Yes, its 60 euros, cheapest provider in the market, with fast support and an active community.

I think it's pretty worth, I come back and forth to CS all the time and if I were on a monthly basis then I would feel obligated to play as much as I can during that month to get my "moneys worth". Also if you are a closet cheater and you dont want your pals to know then you wont just all of a sudden suck ass at the game when your sub runs out.
