CS2 Subscription Question

I was previously using iniuria on a different pc and a different city about a year ago. i have been out of gaming for a year and currently have no subscription of iniuria. Now I have moved to a different city and bought a new pc. So my question is If i buy a subscription now, would i have to request a hwid and location change?

i think you need a hwid reset.

If you buy a new subscription, you only hwid reset will be required.
