Question aboout alt bans

If my steam alt gets banned, will my main also get ban? (No cheats on main)

I saw that if I have the same phone number on both steam accounts then my main will get banned

But what about the steam library? When I open CS2 on a steam alt it shows ("From the library of: *my main*"), will that get my main account detected incase my alt is banned?

As long as the phone number is different, nothing is gonna happen.
"From the library of" only means that the game is being shown cuz you own it on another account and you have the game downloaded.

You can "borrow" games on steam from your other accounts but as far as I know most of the competitive games won't actually allow you to play online if you do so.
Your second account will need to own the game as well, you won't be able to simply borrow it.
