Can I use iniuria on the same PC that I play in leagues?

I used iniuria a few years ago in CS GO. I want to use it again, and I have a question.
I know it shouldn't be used in leagues (gamersclub for example), but could I have any problems playing in gamersclub if I use iniuria on the same PC?

I'm not going to activate iniuria on gamersclub
I will use it on different accounts, one just for iniuria and the other just for gamersclub

how to disable windows fastboot (in order to make sure nothing is held on disk while processing a reboot)
    https://www.windowscentral.com/how-d...0-fast-startup

and simply reboot before going into a cs league session

(keep in mind that, if both accounts are secure with steam mobile auth, dont use the same number for both accounts. cause if a ban happens this could and probably will transfer to all accounts sharing the same number)

Oh, nice, so I just need to disable fastboot and restart when playing in the leagues? This week I will make the purchase

The accounts are each on a different Steam Guard, and in different numbers. Thanks man!

If the accounts were with the same number and no longer, does it affect the same?
