    Question Bug or Trust problem?

    sometimes.there are only a few people looking for a game,but after i refresh,there are more.The more i refresh,the more guys there.Finally the amount becomes 40(change to 20 when it gets 40 immediately).
I wonder is this a bug or a trust problem?is my acc safe?
    any idea?

Usually when you open the game, the icon of the looking to play section will show a number, that number is insignificant, you have to click on the looking to play section and let it refresh, if you have good trust factor, the number should reach arround 40 and then drop to 20, thats normal

In addition to this Im gonna post what an ex moderator posted on discord some tieme ago

Quick recap for everybody wondering what the situation looks like right now 🧢
    Trust Factor
Both cheaters and cleans happened to get red trust.
Valve has most likely disabled the trust factor warning message after everybody started panicking.
You can still check how your trust looks like by checking the "Looking to Play" tab in the main menu.*
Pay attention to the amount of people you see in there. Normally it worked like this:
    🔴 0 - 10 people
    🟡 10 - 20 people
🟢 20+ peopledepending on where your live and what time of the day it is, this method may not be too accurate, as long as you're european it should be somewhat accurate, for americans, canadians, australians, etc. it may not be a reliable method of checking the trust factor
Trust Factor seems to fluctuate a lot at the moment if we trust the l2p method. Second option is that Valve also fucked up the looking to play thingy, I wouldn't be surprised but I doubt that.
It can drop from green to red even after a match or two even if you're not cheating or queuing with cheaters.
If the amount of people in your looking to play doesn't change/improve and constantly stays below 5/10 then it might be a good sign to say your goodbyes. I personally believe that those accounts will not recover. This is not an oracle, but only a speculation.
    Cheat
Software itself does not cause red trust factor at the moment.
The way you use it may affect it, so please avoid playing with very low smooth (snappy/instant aim) if you care about your account.
No cheat is 100% safe and never will be. So please don't come here crying if your accounts end up getting banned after all.
