HWID Reset

Hi, I recently requested a HWID reset, as I just got a new PC (it's from a friend of mine). And so before I even tried starting Inuria, I sent the request in. I thought I did my research but came to find out later I needed the popup of it being the wrong hardware before I sent in the request. Sent in another one. I dont know if thats allowed or not (truly sorry if it is!) So to my question then I guess, how do I know when it is done? Was expecting something in my inbox, like a message saying its delt with. went to go back and check if I got a sed message, didn't see one, so I went back to the HWID reset tab and saw that I could request again, so then I got a nervus, hence me asking
