    error

    when I open it says "[driver] no information" what's happening?

    I bought it today, requested a refound and did not get it. Now you’re taking away my sub and leave me with nothing, wow!

    still no reply, thanks for making me lose my money and taking my sub for doing nothing

    and yes, you accepted in a no refound policy in the therms and service you as a customer ALLREADY READ AND ACCEPTED before purchasing, your paymentwall company knows this, if you open a refound request they will see this as a chargeback attempt
    therefore keeping the money untill they contact us wich may take 5 business days.

    the only way you regain access to to the sub is cancelling the refound request and waiting for the paymentwall to re send us the money.
    Next time ask before doing or read what you sign

    We cannot, as I said before, you have to wait untill the payment wall sends us your money.
    without your money we cannot regrant access to the subscription

    Once we get the money, you get the subscription back
