Acc banned

Hello, my previous account has been banned with reason "bot" (it was today) and I don't understand why. Name previous account "tipikael" . Can admins/support help me ? I create acc in 23 and don't write there anything. Maybe 2-4 days ago I created my 1st theme on this site. And that's all. I think ban was incorrect. Can I get unban on previous acc ?

Hi, today a message with a scam link was posted from that account so it got banned.
And no, sorry but it cannot get unbanned

It was Link on support page (it wasnt scam link)

I think you coppy pasted the support page incorrectly since when clicking it, it went to shadowpay, a skinstrade webpage.
If you did NOT do that, I will highly recommend you format your pc or at least run the antivirus full scan (and change the password of your iniuria, email and steam account).
