Remove Bullet Tracers?

Is there a way to remove bullet tracers? I want to play totally legit and only use the cheat if it becomes obviously clear the other team has cheaters.

Also, when you change your skins in the program do other players on your team see the skins you have or is it just on my end for my own visuals?

iniuria doesnt have bullet tracers lol
