Forgot my email, Forgot my account name (Yes i might have dementia or just retardia)

So i was gone for a while was doing my mandatory service in army. As the title says i have forgotten my account login info i kinda remember the name but currently i only have the payment IDs in my banklogs i used credit card to purchase will it be possible to recover just by that or? been trying to find the email i used to create the account

Hi, what do you think it was the name of the account?
maybe a clue?

Forgot the name completely couldnt figure what it was only know my payment token and that it had lifetime but its fine i bought a sub and will prob buy new lifetime soon
